There are some exciting changes this season for the Pop Warner Little Panther League this season that we want everyone to be aware of.
We will have the ability to play in the regional and national Pop Warner Play Offs this season for the Junior Pee Wee division and up.
Players will now be permitted to be on a school roster and Pop Warner simultaneously without being an ineligible player. They may not PLAY on both simultaneously, but Pop Warner now allows school players to come to us after their season ends. Players may be registered and certified up front OR by the THIRD Monday in October.
Weights will be increased by 10 lbs on the high end, and 5 lbs on the low end from Mitey Mite up. Scroll down for exact weights and ages.
We have purchased new jerseys this year and players will be able to keep them at the end of the season.
In 1976, MHAA joined Pop Warner as the 'Eagles'. In 1995, we became the Panthers. MHAA is one of the oldest members of Pop Warner in the area.
Over the past 8 years, MHAA has been recognized as one of the premier baseball organizations in the state. We have proudly developed one of the premier youth football programs in the state as well. The key to our success has been our focus on developing the 5 characteristics above: scholastics, teamwork, pride, discipline and self respect. Our goal is not just to develop football players, but better people.
In addition to these 5 characteristics, we try to put the kids in the best situation we can to help create an atmosphere where they have the best opportunity to progress in the game of football, have fun and enjoy some level of success. We accomplish this by carefully placing your child with the right coach, on the right team and against the right competition.
We hope you enjoy our website. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions about MHAA Football.
